Get To Know… Sarah!
Good morning folks and Happy Sunday! We hope you’re enjoying your bank holiday weekend, whether you’re joining in with some coronation festivites, going to a street party, or just simply relaxing at home! Today we’re getting to know another one of our staff members, so meet Sarah! She works in our Shoreditch store and is talking to us about her job role within the company!
1. What is your job role in the company?
Front of house staff
2. What do you love about the job?
It’s a very comfortable space that’s accommodating and welcoming for all kinds of personalities both in the staff and customers
3. Favourite moment in store?
There’s something about the energy the store gives off that makes the customers feel really comfortable to chat away and talk about all sorts of things, which is nice because it’s that human connection a lot of work places can miss
4. What do you do when you're not working?
I’m a freelance musician (producer) so I’m doing some form of music work, to do with that when I’m not at work
5. Cookies or cookie dough?
Cookies!
6. What could a customer do that would make your day?
Leave a tip :) lol jk, I just really appreciate a good little chat that isn’t just “hi, how can I help you?” or when a customer brings a part of their personality to the store and makes me laugh or smile
7. If you had any superpower what would it be?
To be able to teleport anywhere
8. What’s a fun fact about you?
I’m in the process of learning to figure skate as a hobby!
9. What’s your favourite thing (instore) to make for yourself?
Cup of tea (I’m very simple)
10. What does a dream day off look like for you?
Probably going out on some adventure/exploring some place new (I like to travel a lot)
