Now for your weekly selfcare tip! Get yourself to a store and buy your cookie dough flavour, and then take yourself home for a matching mini spa treatment! Here are some great recipes we found that you can do at home:

Classic chocolate - A chocolate face mask!

Grab 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (unsweetened, the one used for baking), a pinch of cinnamon, and, 1 tbsp of agave syrup

Mix them together into a paste, if it’s too thick add more agave, apply to your face and leave for 20-30 minutes, and then wash it off with warm water

Banoffee - A banana face mask!

Grab 1 small ripe banana, 25g of ground oats, and 1 tsp of agave syrup

Mash the banana into a paste, add the oats and agave and mix well. Apply to your face and leave it for 15-20 minutes before washing off with warm water

Peanut butter - A peanut face scrub!

Grab a few peanuts, 1 tbsp coffee grounds and a little water

Grind the peanuts to a powder (a blender works for this too) then take 1 tbsp, mix in the coffee grounds and add water slowly until you have a thick paste, gently rub onto your skin and scrub it over in small circles, wash off with warm water

Orange - An orange zest lip scrub!

Grab 1 tbsp of coconut oil, 1 tbsp of agave syrup, 1 TBSP of brown sugar, 1 tsp orange zest and an optional couple of drops of orange essential oil

Gently melt the coconut oil and then add in the brown sugar, agave syrup, orange zest and orange essential oil. This should form a very thick paste, using a clean hand gently scrub this over your lips (a soft bristled toothbrush also works), work it into your lips for 30-60 seconds, and then gently wash off with warm water

We also recommend moisturising after each treatment and really giving yourself a great spa night with it, enjoy! Have a dough-tastic week!!
